Rates at The Bluffs at Danforth Bay

The Bluffs offers ‘seasonal’ sites and is intended for use by adults 50+ and their guests. Rates for the season are $3,200 per site and include:

• WiFi hotspots & Internet access at The Clubhouse
• Expanded cable
• 20/30/50 amp sites
• 10,000 sf. Clubhouse
• Modern laundry
• Modern fitness room
• 5,000 sf. function room w/kitchen & large-screen TV
• Gameroom with pool & ping pong tables
• Living room with fireplace
• FREE use of kayaks & canoes

(metered electric is not included).

A typical season at The Bluffs lasts from mid-April through mid-November. On-site storage is available for just $100 per winter season.

Extended stays of 2 weeks or longer are also available for $44 per day and do include electric.

All rates also include access to Danforth Bay Camping & RV Resort’s amenities and activities program.

No more than two people may be registered per site, one of which must be at least 50 years of age. The Bluffs is intended for couples who no longer have dependent children living at home.

Guests and children are allowed to visit on a short-term basis only. Anyone under the age of twenty-one must be accompanied by an adult whenever they leave their site.

Roomy sites, many with views, are still available. All sites are large enough to fit the biggest of RV's and still offer extra space for a shed, deck and landscaping.
